Carpool Karaoke Gets a Spinoff on Apple Music

James Corden’s Carpool Karaoke just got bigger, but don’t expect to see Corden’s face much.  Apple Music announced it will be producing 16 episodes of Carpool Karaoke, but with a revolving set of guest hosts. A-list stars like Will Smith and Set MacFarlane will be driving around music A-listers like Alicia Keys and Ariana Grande in this web series.  Corden told the press that his Late Late Show receives lots of calls from Hollywood actors begging to be in his original bit, and the Apple Music series seemed to be the best place to expand this series into something bigger. No word yet on a premiere date.
